This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
Software License Policy
Important: Software licenses are non-refundable once activated. Please ensure you have tested the software thoroughly before activation.
Cancellation Policy
- Pre-Activation Cancellations: Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order and before software activation.
- Post-Activation: Once software is activated or downloaded, cancellation requests will not be entertained as per software licensing terms.
- AMC Services: Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) cancellations are subject to terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.
Refund Policy
Eligible for Refund:
- Software not activated within 7 days of purchase
- Technical issues preventing software installation (verified by our team)
- Duplicate payments made by mistake
- Wrong software version purchased (if not activated)
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Software already activated or used
- Change of mind after activation
- Business requirement changes
- Software compatibility issues (if system requirements were not met)
- Training or consultation services already provided
Refund Process
- Request Submission: Submit refund request via email to info@miraclesurat.in with:
- Order number and date
- Reason for refund request
- Proof of payment
- Software activation status
- Verification: Our team will verify the request within 2-3 business days
- Approval: If approved, refund will be processed within 4-7 business days
- Payment Method: Refunds will be made to the original payment method used
Processing Time
In case of any refunds approved by ADITYA TECHNOLOGIES, it will take 4-7 business days for the refund to be processed to you, depending on your bank's processing time.
Software Support Policy
- Technical support is provided as per AMC terms
- Bug fixes and updates are included in AMC
- Training sessions are non-refundable once conducted
- Custom development work is non-refundable once completed
Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations, please contact our customer service team. All disputes will be resolved amicably through our internal grievance redressal mechanism.
